Behind every successful PrecisionGo project is a team of exceptional people.

Dr Joey Lai, our Genomics Facility Manager, and Dr Brian Gloss, our Bioinformatics Facility Manager - together bringing over 20 years of combined expertise in genomics, single-cell, multi-omics, and spatial transcriptomics and bioinformatics,.

Joey and Brian are the dream team who make PrecisionGo’s pipelines accessible, efficient, and meaningful for researchers. They have successfully delivered projects across diverse research groups, spanning many disease areas—from acute and chronic kidney injury, Alzheimer’s disease, autoimmunity, and radiotherapy, to HIV, oral disease, fatty liver disease, fungal infections, osteoarthritis, bowel disease, cell therapies, and autoinflammatory diseases.

In the last several months, PrecisionGo has completed 12 projects and has 21 in progress or upcoming, collaborating with 18 organisations. Together, these projects are laying the groundwork for scalable impact in precision medicine. Looking ahead, the team is developing screening pipelines that validate biomarkers using a larger number of patient samples through high-throughput, low-cost technologies, further extending the reach and potential of our work.

We’re proud of the trust researchers place in PrecisionGo and the collaborative expertise that Joey and Brian bring to every project.
